 L visas are for intra-company transferees who, within the three preceding years, have been employed abroad continuously for one year, and who will be employed by a branch, parent, affiliate, or subsidiary of that same employer in the U.S.

• Fill up online visa application (DS 160) online. Website http://ceac.state.gov/genniv/
• Pay the visa application fee.
• Setup an appointment for the interview through www.ustraveldocs.com/in
• Appear in person for an appointment at the Offsite Facilitation Center (OFC)
• Visa interview at the U.S. Embassy or Consulate
• Returning the passport with visa by courier(If the visa is rejected ,passport will be returned across the interview counter)

• Contact detail of the manger for the present and past job
• Contact detail of the two co workers  for the present job
• Pay stubs from your current or last place of employment and a recent income tax return.
• A photocopy of each of the documents listed above.
• Photocopies of the first page, address page and last page of your current Passport
